Friendly and multilingual staff exceed expectations.

During my stay, the air conditioning in the room was not operational, making it incredibly uncomfortable. Additionally, I found myself confronted with a rude receptionist who seemed too busy to assist when I had parking inquiries. To top it off, the noise from the street outside was unbearable, making it difficult to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel.

I stayed for 4 nights to explore the historic sites in Padova. The room was clean and well-equipped, complete with towels, a hairdryer, and a TV that had Netflix and YouTube, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was fantastic, especially considering it was just €5, offering a variety of options that rivaled more expensive places I visited. However, while the location was convenient for the train station, the surrounding area seemed a bit industrial and less inviting at times.

The location, though challenging to find initially, has a sign directing you correctly. Internet connection solid, with good-sized safe for your belongings and a breakfast that satisfies without breaking the bank.

Requested a quiet room but ended up on the first floor overlooking the main road, resulting in noise and smoke from outside guests. The lack of A/C or even a fan forced me to open windows for ventilation, amplifying the street noise. Thin walls made it easy to hear neighbors, compromising privacy during the stay.

Well, I gotta say, the place was clean and comfy as can be. The staff sure were friendly, helped me out with a hot water pot when I asked. And that breakfast spread? A steal at just €5! I reckon the only downside was the view, lookin’ at train tracks right outside. But didn't bother me much, really.

My stay at Hotel Al Cason was delightful. The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. I particularly appreciated the delicious €5 breakfast that provided a satisfying selection in a welcoming dining room. The location was conveniently near the train station and within a pleasant walking distance to the city's charming attractions.
